TIMESTEP
I am a TIMESTEP leader for the 2023â2024 academic year! TIMESTEP is the Tucson Initiative for Minoritized Student Engagement in Science and Technology Program at the University of Arizona. I have volunteered to lead meetings and discussions to help other undergraduates through the Physics and Astronomy majors. TIMESTEP provides resources including paid summer internships, application and resume editing, as well as panels with academic and industry experts.
Flandrau Planetarium
Since April of 2021, I have been a Planetarium Operator and Science Center Interpreter at the Flandrau Science Center and Planetarium on the UArizona campus. I love getting to share my passion for space with the public by leading full-dome shows. Come see "Tucson Sky & Beyond" or "Touring the Solar System"!
Discovery Center of Idaho
The Discovery Center of Idaho is Idaho's only hands-on science center. I have led both summer and winter STEM camps for Kâ12 kids at the Discovery Center, including "All About Slime!" pictured here! I remember going to the Discovery Center as a kid myself, and it is very rewarding to help get the next generation interested in all kinds of science.
